In a way its actually quite informative... allow me to explain.
...it shows Mullet-Man and the Pope from Cute Madness 1 & 2 with the return of the Animator with a band-aid over his wound he received last year in Cute Madness 2 and they're all fighting.
Its a big give away to the big fight in the soon to be Cute Madness trilogy. How a story formed for/in this I'll never know.
