Ya need at least one trophy on Newgrounds and shit am I happy I got that one trophy. I got one in the beginning of last year, it was a great. Hope to get another one soon.
What are you writing about in your book?
It's a poetry book. I was inspired after reading Jim Morrison's The Lords and The New Creatures, and after reading T. S. Elliot, Walt Whitman, Emily Dickinson, and other poets in my university classes.
It's made up of two chapters. The first is just over a hundred pages and is almost a year of work. It contains poems going everywhere with nothing sacred. Though I tend to lean towards some themes every few pages.
The second chapter is a special experiment. It's 12 Mind Wonders. The best way to describe it, is gonzo poetry, half inspired by Hunter S. Thompson books and half from odd thoughts I have. I don't edit them ever, usually write them in one go, and just release myself typing anything that comes. It's not poetry without thinking cause by Wonder 8 mid-year I noticed the entire thing does have a theme - it's wondering around my mind - or some form of manifestation of it.
I have 11 Mind Wonders, and 84 pages of the first chapter. I've toke time and effort to make it not rushed. I'm going to be selling it on Cafepress.com for roughly $6 or $8. Though I'm thinking of buggin' Tom to see if he'd be willing to sell my book in the NG store.
