If ya'll don't know what I'm cap yappin' 'bout it's THIS AWESOME GAME

I'm at the risk of bein' homeless by the end of Novemeber, but am feelin' pretty darn confident now I tell ya, I lost my last job last month, only worked two days this month doin' labor for a friend of my moms, and been seein' an employment counselor. I won't get into details 'bout how much I've been applying online and handing out resumes in the hunt for work. I haven't gotten any interviews and my parts (Chilliwack) has no work it seems. I am gettin' a job assessment this 26th though to figure out what job is best for me.

My mother is my landlord (I rent the garage turned my pad) so I am not sure if I can go for welfare just in case, but I'll check it out.

Man, I am blown away. Again - thank you guys. This is amazing.

It's my dream to live off the internet doing what I love, creating things to entertain people.

I only make $10 to $30 to spend on a game or two on Steam every couple of months from flash ads, my site, and everything. None of my games have ever gotten sponsored too. Been thinkin' of "E" rated games I could make that may have a better chance at sponsorship then my older stuff. Be amazing to make enough from Duder Entertainment and spend most of everyday of the week havin' fun with it.

It's complicated. My mother can't afford the total of the bills at the end of the month without my rent. If I don't pay the rent, she can't pay the mortgage and shit, thus we can't all stay in that house and we all move out because of me. With me homeless and my mom and sis who knows where. I haven't applied for welfare yet but, I'm worried because my moms my landlord they won't give it to me. Goin' to within a few days. Maybe even tomorrow too.

you might be eligible for food stamps. There are many people in the same mess you're in. I'm also in that mess... it's so tough to get a job these days.... :(

Their's a food bank and two churches that give away food weekly. It's hard to go hungry in my parts. Though I haven't hit 'em up yet. I've been thinking 'bout it.

Hope everything works out for you. I've tried asking for donations and such before with no luck (not really a donation, since I gave stuff for any kind of donation), so I know how hard it is to get any kind of help on the internet.

My single parent can't afford to send me to college (while housing and taking care of my grandmother and great grandmother), yet makes too much money for much help from the government. With music being my career choice late in life, I've never taken a music class and haven't earned any financial aid. If I don't go to college, I have to find ANOTHER job which means I don't have the time to work on music and practice my guitar for more then an hour or two a day (Just to give an idea, I've been playing for 10 months while the others in the program have been playing since they were in elementary school). I also have to move out within a few months If I'm not attending school (which I can't afford) with no help from friends, because they are living with their parents/dorms.

Life as an artist isn't easy lol. Good luck with life, I've been working as an entertainer on weekends (clown) to make some pretty good weekend cash (~$35 an hour) and donating plasma whenever I can. I've also tried buying and selling stuff on craigslist.
